Thoughts Of Siu: My Candy Crush Nails by Oceana

I just love getting my nails done, it makes me feel so pampered. That's why when I saw a deal for a foot spa, mani-pedi package for only P285.00, who am I to think twice?!

The nail salon is Oceana Nail Club, located at the ground floor of GF&P Building, 139 H.V. Dela Costa Street, Makati City. Guess what, it's just a two-minute walk from where I work! Bongga, right?!

Anyway, when I stepped in the salon, I found the place relaxing. There were soft lights, the walls were light colored and there was no loud music.

Then, I was shown to the spa area where in every cushioned seat that was very comfortable, there is a bidet attached. I didn't immediately asked about the bidet but later I learned that its to be used for the foot spa. The staff won't have to go back and forth just to get clean water for rinsing. Ingenious!

For the Foot Spa, my feet were soaked in luke warm water in a huge wooden bucket wrapped in plastic. I've never had foot spa this way so I had to take a picture.

After the soak, the dead skin on my feet were scrubbed off with these colorful gels, then my legs and feet got some pampering with a light massage.

After the foot spa, a different staff attended to my nails for both the feet and hands. They were buffed, trimmed and painted.

My daughter went with me and also loved girly kikay stuff so I had here nails done too! Oceana do kiddie pampering too called Oceana Nail Club Petite. A mani-pedi is only P90.00.

After more or less two hours, my me time was done, and I felt wonderful. The staff were nice and very attentive and my fingers and toes did not hurt a bit. They were very careful with the trimming of excess skin and in-growns.

And to top off the experience, I got a gift certificate for the same package I bought! Isn't it wonderful?
