When I saw the booth of Plato Wraps at the Blogapalooza 2013 event, I was puzzled. What is Plato Wraps doing in an event like this? Who else does not know about them? Do they still need to promote themselves?
When I was in college, the sandwiches of Plato Wraps have been one of my favorite snacks, especially when I'm on budget. Hee Hee.
But what I love most about Plato Wraps is they have variety, not only with the fillings but also in their wraps. For the fillings, they have Chunky Chicken, Ham and Cheese, Yummy Tuna (my favorite!), Wrap n' Roll (for the kids, it's sausage and cheese) and Very Veggie (see, there's something for everyone).
For the wrappers, they have the regular flat bread, wheat and pesto. My personal favorite is the pesto bread. Yum!
But aside from variety, I love that their wraps are inexpensive and that the bread is grilled until golden brown. on. the. spot. So I get a hot snack while I wait.
Before I left their booth, they gave me a box of Plato Wraps goodies. 2 pcs. of the mini wraps. I think I had the Chunky Chicken and Yummy Tuna, which I devoured as soon as I got home! LOL!
Oh, I also got a canvass bag and a gift certificate which I love love love!
Thanks for reading. Until my next blog!

Brownbag Coffee Solutions Knows Their Coffee
My first thought of Brownbag Coffee Solutions when I approached their booth at Blogapalooza 2013 was "Another coffee shop?". Then they offered me a cup of hot coffee which I gladly accepted (yes, free coffee!) and I got a closer look at their display.
So at their booth were bags of coffee beans in, yep, "brown" bags. They have them in simple brown sandwich bags, for personal consumption; and they have some in nice abaca bags complete with ribbon and gift tag, really presentable, perfect as gifts; and they have them in a set with carafe! (Now you know where to buy gifts for the bosses) wink!
Price ranges from P210.00 to P1,995.00 and they have them in whole bean and ground coffee.
While sipping my piping hot coffee, I got to talk to one of the person there and I learned that they supply coffee to some of the coffee shops too. If I heard him right, they not only supply the coffee beans but the equipment as well for start-up coffee shops.
So there, if you are planning to open a coffee shop yourself or just want great coffee, you may visit their website: www.brownbagcoffeesolutions.com to know more.

Labor Day Pig-Out at the Office
Today is Labor Day and we're supposed to be with our families or friends, at home watching tv or out of town kicking the stress out of our systems or at the mall beating the heat. But on this holiday, my Condis family and I are at the office, without a working air-conditioning so its really, really humid and we all feel sticky already, working (or at least try to).
But aside from working, we are also pigging out with not one but two calorie-laden and tooth-aching fad foods, the J. Co donuts and Cha Zan milk tea. And to see is to believe.
Is your mouth watering already?
