Can you guess where this picture is taken?

A Famous Photo-opp Spot |
Yep, it's at
Sonya's Garden!!! It's the favorite photo-opp spot for every one who has visited this garden. No visit is complete without a picture at this spot, but did you know this is just the icing on the cake? There's lots more to see at Sonya's Garden aside from this very romantic siesta spot. In fact, I took pictures for you! Here's some of them.
You'd see this sign at the main entrance of Sonya's Garden. This place is not only a garden for a variety of plants but a bed and breakfast and events place too!
On our visit, which was my first, we were not allowed in the B&B area not like they used to do. We're not guests daw kasi so we settled on roaming the gardens instead.

Mirror Mirror on the Wall |
This is the first photo I took when we entered the gardens and you would not believe where this was taken. It's at the restrooms! This mirror is so unique because it has doors and it's frame is carved wood.

Sonya's Restrooms |
This one is the restrooms. So cool noh?! Looks very airy and native! Can't help myself from taking a picture of this even though it's only the CR.

Path of the Kikays |
Now this next one is where me and my new-found friends are in :) This area is the path that leads to the actual garden. You pass through this arched pathway and suddenly, you discover a secret garden. It's lovely.

Hidden Cottage in the Gardens |
This next one is my super favorite. While walking through the gardens, we found this little cottage sitting by itself, surrounded by greenery. It was like the cottage of the three bears in Goldilocks.

A Romantic Rendezvous Spot |
And there's this cute little romantic spot where lovers can just sit and cuddle... and slap away the insects that kept buzzing around. It's a garden after all.

"Quiet Please" says the horse |
Before we got too carried away, this black horse reminded us that this place is a place for reflection and relaxation so we can not make too much noise.
Now, for the star of the garden... the flora and the fauna. I've no idea what these are but they look gorgeous.
That last flower though is not inside the gardens but rather at the parking area. While standing around waiting for my companions, the air brought this very fragrant smell. I followed my nose and this was what I found. Weird though, when I got near and really smelled the flower, it has no scent?!
There was an event that day and this was where it was held. It was super quaint and cozy, one for children's story books.
But before we head home, we head over to the bakeshop/store where we bought freshly baked pastries. This is where I had my first taste of the world's best-ever Spanish Bread. It was so good that I didn't get the chance to take a picture first.

Pastries, anyone? |
